Green Golden Healer

Green Golden Healer collection stone, August 2025
Green Golden Healer · August 2025 · main collection photograph. The report concerns a separately submitted green teardrop.

A Brazil-sourced green teardrop material sold as Green Golden Healer.

What the report found: The clear host in the separately submitted teardrop was confirmed as quartz by X-ray diffraction. Green areas contain iron and chlorine together. The researcher could not assign a definite mineral species to that green phase; it is not a green mica species because aluminum was lacking.

This lab document also prints sample 1527, the same number as a separate dendritic ring report. Specimen descriptions and findings distinguish the two. Brazil is Soul Body Gems sourcing information.

Understanding the report figures

Use this guide alongside the written findings and the original report transcript. It explains the purpose of each analytical figure and preserves the laboratory’s own figure labels. The interpretations apply to the tested specimen; signals alone do not establish the identity of every similar-looking stone.

  • Electron microscope image: This view shows small-scale regions selected for analysis. Its brightness contrast helps distinguish regions with different compositions; it is not a photograph of their natural colors. Numbered spots connect this view to the analyses listed in the report.

Laboratory figure caption: Fig.2: Backscattered electron image of an area of the specimen shown in Fig. 1.

  • Elemental spectrum: The peaks record characteristic X-ray signals from elements in the analyzed spot or area. This is an analysis of that location, not automatically of the entire specimen. Any mineral identification or uncertainty named in the laboratory caption is retained below.

Laboratory figure caption: Fig. 3: Energy dispersive spectrum of spot 1 in Fig. 2. (some green iron compound, note chlorine is also present)

Laboratory figure caption: Fig. 4: Energy dispersive spectrum of spot 3 in Fig. 2. (quartz)

  • Element map: This map shows where the named elements occur within the analyzed area. Its colors represent the laboratory’s selected element channels, rather than the specimen’s visible colors. The caption below preserves any color key or distribution noted by the laboratory.

Laboratory figure caption: Fig. 5: X-ray map of the area shown in Fig. 2 (slightly higher magnification) for iron (green and chlorine yellow).

  • Diffraction scan: This scan helps identify crystalline minerals by comparing the measured pattern with reference patterns. The laboratory interpretation explains which minerals the comparison supports.

Laboratory figure caption: Fig. 6: X-ray diffraction scan of the clear material (quartz).

Analytical Result Report

Sample id: 1527 (Golden Healer Green)

Operating conditions: An AMRAY 1830 SEM operated at 25 kV acceleration potential, 24 mm working distance, 0 degrees sample tilt, coated with 250 Å carbon, and also using the attached XRF unit operated at 30 kV.

A Bruker D2 Phaser was also used in the study and opperated under 35 kV and 10 mA.

Fig.2: Backscattered electron image of an area of the specimen shown in Fig. 1.

Fig. 3: Energy dispersive spectrum of spot 1 in Fig. 2. (some green iron compound, note chlorine is also present)

Fig. 4: Energy dispersive spectrum of spot 3 in Fig. 2. (quartz)

Fig. 5: X-ray map of the area shown in Fig. 2 (slightly higher magnification) for iron (green and chlorine yellow).

Fig. 6: X-ray diffraction scan of the clear material (quartz).

Summary of findings: This is an interesting stone (Fig.1). The green material is either an iron chloride compound (Figs. 2 and 3) but it may also have silicon part of the composition, I can’t tell as the beam is penetrating past the green portion. The colorless material is quartz (Figs. 2 and 4). It is not a green mica species as aluminum is lacking. An -ray map shows that iron and chlorine occur together (Fig. 5). An X-ray diffraction scan confirmed quartz (Fig. 6)
